You're also giving Bridgepoint Health, our affiliates, and their third-party service providers permission to collect, use, disclose, and process your personal data for the purposes of the introductory session and the programme.

Additionally, you're allowing the Ripple® programme team to collect your medical records from, and share information about, your participation in the programme with your referring doctor/ clinic, or other medical professionals whose contact details you provide to Bridgepoint Health for the purpose of this programme.
