How it works
Step 1: Meet your Ripple® Health Coach
You’ll be matched with a Ripple® Coach who can best support your unique needs. Along with the rest of your Care Team, they will be your main guide and support across your Ripple® journey.
Step 2: Get to know you
Starting from your first, one-on-one meeting, your Health Coach will get to know you. Understanding your current lifestyle, routines, needs, motivations and challenges will allow us to tailor a programme that is personalised and most helpful to you.

Step 3: Learn what works best for you
With your Coach, you will practice different ways to better understand your body and mind. Together, we will unlock ways to build habits and plan for slips to sustain healthy lifestyle change.
Step 4: Sustained support
Throughout your Ripple® journey, your Coach will provide you with Ripple® tools, educational content, and recommendations to support the changes that you wish to make.

Your Care Team
Your Care Team will consist of a Ripple® Health Coach and medical doctor, who will take time to understand you, and
build practical, personalised strategies that add
quality to the years you already have.
Ripple® Coach
Ripple® Coaches are supportive guides who help you in forming positive habits at your own pace. They provide motivation through the daily ups-and-downs of preventing or managing long-term conditions, and will also conduct regular one-on-one check-ins online and offline to help you navigate the habit change process.
Medical doctor
(Bridgepoint Health, Northeast Medical Group clinics)
At the clinic, your medical doctor will review the status of your current health with your Ripple® Coach to ensure that the programme can run alongside any existing medical care.
