How it works
Step 1: Meet your Ripple® Coach
You’ll be matched with a Ripple® Coach who can best support your unique needs. Along with the rest of your Care Team, they will be your main guide and support across your Ripple® journey.
Step 2: Get to know you
Starting from your first, one-on-one meeting, your Coach will get to know you. Understanding your current lifestyle, routines, needs, motivations and challenges will allow us to tailor a programme that is personalised and most helpful to you.
Step 3: Learn what works best for you
With your Coach, you will practice different ways to better understand your body and mind. Together, we will unlock ways to build habits and plan for slips to sustain healthy lifestyle change.
Step 4: Sustained support
Throughout your Ripple® journey, your Coach will provide you with Ripple® tools, educational content, and recommendations to support the changes that you wish to make.
