Ripple® is a health coaching programme that takes a holistic and practical approach to supporting you with day-to-day prevention or management of your long-term conditions.

People who are seeking help with preventing or managing their diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol.

Making small changes in your daily choices can create ripple effects and improve your health. We will work with you to build lasting healthy habits that you can continue doing throughout your life.

Managing long-term conditions can sometimes be a challenging, lonely journey. Ripple® is here to provide the right tools and support so that you don't have to do it alone.

The Foundation programme duration is three months. This is to provide sufficient time to create sustained habit change. The exact frequency and format of meeting (e.g. remote or in-person) can be discussed with your coach to find something that works best for you.
