6 Easy Steps
  1. Sit in a close your comfortable position

  2. Close your eyes or lock eyes on 1 spot

  3. Inhale through the nose counting till 5 (belly goes up)

  4. Imagine inflating a balloon in your belly

  5. Exhale through the mouth counting till 5 (belly comes down)

  6. Repeat 3-5 a balloon in your the mouth times or more belly counting till 5 as needed
