Whole fruits contain fibre, which slows the absorption of glucose into the blood.

Fruits are packed with vitamins, minerals and fibre, so add them to your diet! They contain carbohydrates, so do watch your fruit intake. Have 2 servings of fruit per day and not more than 1 serving at once.
