Seated Towel Pull Downs

This pull down exercise works to strengthen several back muscles, as well as to stretch the chest and the front shoulders. It is perfect for countering the long hours of sitting when working from home.
Make sure your posture is upright and look straight ahead
Roll in a towel and encompass it at the ends
The hands should be a little wider apart than shoulder width
Bring the towel above your head
Bend the arms and guide the towel behind your head towards the neck
Bring the towel back up above your head
