Shoulder Stretches

This stretch helps to increase flexibility. You can do it while standing or sitting.

  1. Bring your right arm across your body.

  2. Bend your elbow slightly.

  3. Use your left hand to guide the movement as you press your arm into your chest and over to the left.

  4. Hold this stretch 30 seconds and do three to four repetitions on each side.
